Fantastic support team
Purchased MS office but wouldn't work due to licencing issue on my computer. I didn't think it could be resolved. However, I contacted the support team who immediately responded which was great. Even better, after a couple of questions and screen prints my problem was resolved. Definitely the fastest I have ever had an issue resolved.

Disappointing but persistence pays off!
I ordered Microsoft Office and accidentally ordered it for Windows instead of Mac. The receipt I received was completely unreadable so I didn’t notice. Unfortunately I was then poorly so didn’t get around to loading it onto my laptop until 16 days after purchase and then discovered my error. Unfortunately they have a 14 days after purchase return policy so I lost my money. Very disappointing customer service.
Update - as per their reply, I have now received a full refund for the item which I am happy with.
