Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. The installation instructions they advise you to disable your Windows Anti-virus. What official program needs the deactivation of your protection? Then they ask for your signature and pictures of your ID card to refund you?!?! Just refund the money on the same payment method! Will contact the bank and report these SCAMMERS and THIEVES!

I bought 5 licences the explanation for installing them is not clear. To make them work you have to use a third party account that can control your files. Cheap price even cheaper service.

Resolve this, and I'll take it down.
I ordered for my Mac and was sent an incompatible software. When I told them, they essentially said it was my fault for not being more careful. All I wanted was a refund for an unopened and unused digital product. Now, there's some arduous process where I fill out a form and submit it for their review, and I have to find a serial number on the product they sent. If I open it to find the serial number, it's considered a used product. Nice trick. Just refund my credit card. It's less than $50CDN!!!
