Initially I couldn't believe the price, thinking, if a product price is 'too good to be true, then it is'. But eventually I was proved wrong. I made this purchase because I was promised immediate delivery and I read positive reviews about this website. I never received my download code. I have reached out to ESD twice and all I’ve gotten in response are two emails asking me to rate my experience. So here it is: I spent $87.00 for the opportunity to write a review:
My review: If something seems too good to be true, it is. There are plenty of reputable websites out there who will offer you the same products at a similar price. These websites will deliver as promised, and will respond to your questions and/or complaints with an actual customer service response, rather than with a pathetic request that you give them a review.
