Esdent Dental Centre Turkey Reviews 

Well here goes it’s been over a month now since my return from turkey and the esdent crew and let me tell you now my life has changed! Thanks to esdent my confidence is through the roof my smile is shining bright and I’m looking forward to being happy instead of a someone who makes excuses at family functions and is absent from normal everyday meetings etc . My journey started in April this year when I had my 12 implants placed by my dentist dr mert kutluturk who I now see as a friend . If anyone says it doesn’t hurt I can assure you there is some pain involved when placing the implants but it’s worth it trust me !! The esdent team are brilliant they look after you all the girls are smiling and helpfull and dr mert keeps you well informed through the whole procedure I was sent home with my temporaries at the end of April which I must add looked really good ! I actually considered not returning in September for the permanent ones but I’m glad I did as after a few days of removing temporary teeth and working on shape and size of the new ones which I had some input into choosing which is great . When dr mert had finished and put that mirror in front of my face I got really emotional I could not believe it was me looking back an amazing white smile achieved by the master !! And nearly 2 months on all is good and I’m very happy thankyou esdent team I will be returning soon to see you all again 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I had an outstanding experience with this company, marked by the unique attitude and professionalism of the entire staff. Over the course of a year, I visited Turkey four times and underwent extensive dental work, including extracting all my teeth, having two sinus lifting operations, and receiving a full set of teeth with a Hollywood smile.

The dedication and skill of both the dentist and the design engineer were truly remarkable. They ensured that every step of the process was handled with utmost care and expertise. The staff's positive attitude and commitment to my well-being made the experience even more exceptional.

I am beyond satisfied with the results—my satisfaction level is 200%! I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking top-notch dental care and a transformative experience. Everything was great and thoroughly professional.

I travelled to have Dental work done with Esdent from the UK.
Initial communications was dealt with by Dr Mert through WhatsApp messenger.

All concerns, available procedures, full prices, length of works, expectation etc were all discussed.
After supplying Dr Mert with information he requested, a plan was created for my treatment.
An all inclusive cost quoted, and I understood fully what this would include.

All in house VIP transfer from the airport was arranged, full beautiful accommodation with balcony overlooking Didim was arranged.
All bookings and dental appointments were made, VIP collection and drop off from apartment to the clinic was arranged.

Sezgin was my full point of contact, was absolute great, Sezgin assisted me with everything and helped with any concerns I had, Sezgin kindly welcomed me to Didim, showed me around, assisted me with places to get food, assisted and took me to tourist attraction to visit, Sezgin made the whole experience feel like a holiday to me as opposed to a treatment week.

The clinic is beautiful, clean, practical.
All the staff are wonderful and a pleasure to deal with, very professional, fluent in English language.
You’re greeted and treated as a guest to the clinic, as opposed to a number like you would be in UK’s clinic.
I felt relaxed and welcomed at the clinic, they were all happy to assist in any issues or concerns one may have.
And the coffee is amazing!!

The whole experience was just great, the outcome was great, they listened to exactly how I wanted me new teeth to look.
And no matter how many times I wanted to adjust the end result they welcomed every idea of mine.

I thoroughly recommend everybody to Esdent Dental Centre.
Thoroughly exceeded my expectations, and are at the forefront leading the way for international dental works.

To all the team at Esdent, I am so grateful I managed to cross paths and work with such a wonderful company.

What made my visit great?
Everything, from the amazing service I've received to the quality of the people working there. Everything about this establishment is above and beyond.
Sezgin has pretty much held my hand the whole way through. For someone who is absolutely terrified of dental treatment, he made this feel like a holiday for me. Whether that be making sure I'm comfortable or making sure I'm fed. This is by a long shot one of the best companies available for dental treatment.

This was my first visit out of two to Esdent, Dr Mert & the whole team was such a great team together. Starting from the free pick up & drop off service from the airport to all the way through. Everyone is so friendly & caring. Dr Mert explained everything to me, I had a fear of the dentist in the past, that fear has gone due to my visits here.
Sezgin was such a friendly and kind person to all of us,I really recommend Esdent from now on,to all of my friends.

I can't recommend Esdent enough, I have had problems with my teeth on & off for 20 years. Last year I had to have a front tooth removed in the UK and it was the catalyst to what I had always knew that I needed extensive work with crowns replaced & implants. I could not afford this in the UK & it was getting me down.

I had a recommendation from a family friend who is now my dental buddy :). I decided to go for it, I contacted Dr Mert earlier this year & he was super responsive providing me 2 plans. I had got other quotes from dental practices but this one stood out, the others felt like there would be hidden costs etc or not the 121 treatment I needed.

I had my first treatment in June & like others was super nervous, being collected from the airport & taken to the hotel helps really helps ease that. The hotel was basic but did the job and the ease of being over the road is great and they are all friendly & its a great central location for when you need to go out & about.

I have just finished my final treatment & could not be more happy, its been life changing. The dental practise is lovely & the team are thoughtful & caring. I trusted Dr Mert and the team and they became like an extended family. Everything was explained & all in my best interests. Sezgin was kind & polite with organising all my transport etc and appointments. My plan is to return just for check ups every year or so to keep this smile heathy & sparkling. If you are considering treatment, go for this established practise - you will not regret it & you will be constantly smiling. I have had so many compliments on my teeth from family & friends that they look so natural and heathy.

Through the 6 day trip the care was superb. Excellent communication from Sezgin are trip representative. Dr Hekimi was efficient and had notable skill and passion for her work, with every detail taken into consideration.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for transportive smile in under a week!

Unfortunately we did opt for a more affordable hotel. Coming back next time would rather consider something else.
We definitely got what we made for!

I have had a severe phobia of dentists from a young age, from a traumatic experience when i was 11 years old,which lead to many problems with my teeth. I heard that treatment in Turkey was very good from friends and from someone who had treatment here. I got in in touch with ESDent online and from the beginning they were very helpful and welcoming. Sezgin was my contact and could not be more helpful or welcoming . From the fist day I was brought to airport and put up in nice apartment. When at the clinic the staff warm and friendly and understood I was truly terrified,but they did everything they could to help ease my fear and help me through the experience I cannot convey how grateful I am to Dr mert and his team. If are are looking to get dental treatment in Turkey I would highly recommend ES Dent

This is my 3rd visit of an 11 month journey and I can't speak highly enough of Dr Mert and his team. From the moment I first made contact he was thoughtful and considerate, very professional and didn't promise he could do things he couldn't. I have been met at the airport each time and taken back, so no worries about airport transfers. The treatment has been excellent from start to finish. Dr Mert and his team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The treatment is explained to you, what is going to happen and why I cannot recommend thus practice highly enough and my confidence in Dr Mert and his team is well founded they have looked after me excellently, so much so that I intend to come back foe check ups, even though I don't need to, its not like a dentist you don't get stressed because everyone around is there to look after you. The hotel is just over the road which even though I don't rate the hotel its reassuring to be just 5 minutes away from the practice I highly recommend if you're thinking of getting any dental treatments you give Dr Mert and his team a call.

I had a great experience at Esdent Dental Centre. Dr. Ozge was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. She handled all the process extremely professionally. Especially the follow up visits were exceptionally helpful. By the way, I didn’t feel any pain throughout. The staff was well trained, professional and caring. The hospitality was excellent. I recommend them to everyone who need healthy teeth
and a new beautiful smile!

Esdent Dental Centre has amazing customer service. I've had such a good experience here!! They are a very welcoming office, and it feels very warm inside (in regards to the emotional energy of the place, not necessarily the temperature)They were very friendly and informative with dental procedures that I may need. They provided reasonable recommendations with how I should go about any issues. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The staff here are Fantastic. Very down to earth and friendly. They explain everything very well and give 5* treatment.
Hotel is one of best I’ve stayed in. Very good service all round. Feels like luxuary!
