RIP OFF - BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES
Saw ad on Fbook, thought I would check out the site. I did, created profile and had interest in an item after seeing ad. Decided not to purchase, left the item in the cart but DID NOT complete the transaction. I received a notice later to authorize the completion of transaction, I ignored. Esfranki somehow was able to authorize and take my money. I was not happy, received the product 3 weeks later. The phone holder is garbage, piece of junk and probably like most of the stuff they sell. Worthless, not worth the $13.95 plus $6 shipping they charged. Will not refund or replace. DON'T go through the headache of dealing with this company. Trust me you will not be satisfied, period!
STAY CLEAR from this person!

This company is like the other reviews a scam had to wait for over a month for my items. And both items were damaged. I have been trying to reach someone from this company and they ignore my emails.

Scam
Scam. Same as the rest of the reviews. Charged me for products, never sent them. They sent a tracking number, but never actually shipped it. They just created the label. They haven't responded to my last two emails.

Scam. Nice email sent on ordering within bogus tracking number too.
Ordered a mobile phone holder following an advert on Facebook, but no arrival.
Also similar to a company called TheHighDemand that send exactly the same email on ordering, likely the same people.

Esfranki is a Scam company!!!
I have placed an order on the 8th of February 2019 and it is now the 8th of May 2019 with no delivery. I contacted them on numerous occasions which they came back with a tracking number, but a month later, still no delivery. I have again contacted them about cancelling this order and getting my money back to which they did not respond. Don't get scammed by Esfranki. Thanks, Kemera

Stay away. They're a bunch of lairs. If you see something you like look for a more reputable site to purchase through. I reordered my items through amazon. Cost was only 99 cents more

esfranki ripped me off. Purchased 2 ipad stands and never received them. They say it was on its way, gave a fake order number to look up and the website it goes to is not available.
Please don't purchase anything from this website!!! it's a scam search google for esfranki and storm media limited scam. For verification.
