Timely with Extra Cost
The delivery was in-time, packing was secure, and import from UAE to KSA will cost extra charges before delivery that is 150 SAR Additional Cost for 915 SAR worth of electronics 😔. I had to make extra payment to get the delivery made, otherwise your order will be held. So keep 16-17 percent extra as local Taxes in mind while purchasing as per your location….. They have mentioned it on their page as well, in case you miss out that, and they have a prompt and efficient customer support service besides the assured delivery service 👍

Yes, the additional charges you mentioned are customs duties collected directly by the KSA government. Neither we nor the shipping company receive any part of these charges. We’ve also mentioned this clearly on our checkout page for full transparency:
KSA: 15–20%
Kuwait: 5%
Bahrain: No charges up to 300 BD; above 300 BD, 5–10% may apply
Oman: No additional charges

I ordered JBL Charge 6 and I had a positive experience with the service. I received my order using ST courier, sometimes the courier does not give proper updates for 1-2 days, but it delivered within the promised time of roughly 2 weeks.
I received the product in very good condition, and it is working well so far, it has been 1-2 days since I received my order.
