Dishonest. Contacted them after Xmas to return bracelets that were too large. No exchange. No refund. No answer! Wow! Utter, utter, rubbish!

Originally found through Etsy - where I bought shungite phone stickers. Very happy with the quality of these, my phone endures a lot of rough and tumble and the sticker has stayed in place.
I also bought an elite shungite necklace from their website - happy with this also, looks gorgeous and the cord seems good quality too.

Found the company on Etsy. I purchased a shungite bracelet. The order came very quickly. It was packaged in nice packaging. Would definitely order again. I felt a difference less radiation just from the bracelet

I recently received a beautiful package of Elite Shungite and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The stones are absolutely genuine, high-quality, and perfect for shower, water, and grid work. The seller included such a generous amount, all carefully packaged, and it’s clear these are the real deal – not the lookalike pieces from Colombia and other sources that often show up on places like Etsy.
I truly appreciate the authenticity and energy of these stones. While I was originally hoping to find 300g+ single pieces for deeper energy work (which unfortunately aren’t available at the moment), the variety and quality of the pieces I received more than make up for it.

A distastefully dishonest seller. I wrote to the seller at least 6 or 7 times and made several phone calls. On the sellers website it claims someone will respond in 48 hours. In truth, the seller would take closer to a month to respond, and each time, only after I had sent follow up emails, reminding the seller of her previous commitment to get back to me. When the seller did get back to, she invariably made excuses or blamed me for her lack of contact. The seller requested pictures. I sent pictures. The seller made more excuses. I sent more pictures. Finally, after about seven months of getting nowhere, the seller offered to exchange the item I had complained about for a different item- One that I did not want-and had the temerity to offer me a gift (with my ‘next’ purchase). I wrote back and said I wanted the same item I had previously purchased. I acknowledged that it might be a busy time for the seller. In other words, I forgave the seller, and attempted to excuse her for her lack of integrity. The seller once again discontinued contact. That was our last correspondence. I had pleaded with the seller in another email and appealed to her sense of fairness and professionalism. Sadly these traits seemed to have absconded. I telephoned the seller. Someone answered, and although I had clearly dialled the correct number, the person denied any knowledge of the company. I called back several times on the same number and no one answered. The testimony of a dissatisfied customer.

I had a frustrating experience with this website. My order took literally a month to arrive, which was already disappointing. Then, when I contacted them a second time to return an item due to its size being completely different from the picture, I received no response. The lack of customer service and delayed shipping makes me hesitant to order from them again. I hope they improve their communication and delivery times.

I have been interested in Shungite for quite some time after learning about it's origin and metaphysical properties, including protection from harmful EMF pollution, balancing the mind and emotions, detoxifying and purifying the body. It is also anti-anything harmful to us, such as viruses, bacteria and pathogens.
It is believed to be around 2 billion years old and found only in Karelia in Russia.
Anyway, I found a Shungite shop online called Shungite Plus Ltd. I ordered a few items which interested me, and they arrived well packaged inside a couple of days, along with a couple of surprise complimentary gifts!
I was very impressed with the quality of the products and service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would definitely recommend this company as their products and service are first class!
I bought a Shungite EMF Protection sticker for my mobile phone, a Shungite bead bracelet with a single Tiger Eye bead, and also a 5-6 gram Elite Noble Shungite necklace.
When my package arrived I was delighted to find they had given me a couple of free gifts. An Organza gift bag with a good amount of Small Elite Noble Shungite pieces (I put a few of the larger ones into my water filter jug to get the benefits from the fullerenes contained in the Shungite (which is 98% Carbon and is the only mineral in the World to contain fullerenes which can have a beneficial effect on the human body, and is often used as a water purifier).
They also gave me a square bead of Shungite on a second cord necklace.
Overall I was very impressed by the Company and will definitely buy from them again. If you like me have an interest in all things related to Shungite, you should definitely check them out! Very satisfied customer!

This company sent my package and kept me waiting and I did not receive this, she then offered a refund or a replacement and did not honor this, she made me wait 1.5 weeks to open a case with eBay and caused me the utmost stress, I and disabled and I was hoping this would help resolve the issue. She never intended to pay me back, she claimed £70 from Royal Mail for the lost package and did not pay me back.
You would hope that people in this world were kind and helpful, but they are caught by greed and cheating others. I will never trust or shop with this company again and I would advise you not too.
