I highly recommend the esim for 15 days…
I highly recommend the esim for 15 days 6GO for the emirates. We were travelling 10 days in Abu Dhabi/Dubai and this was just perfect.
1 - before buying, check that your phone can accept an esim (simply google it to get the answer)
2 - it is important to note that with this card you will not be able to send text messages or get phone calls. You will have to do everything through whatsapp or mails but most activities/hotels use whatsapp to communicate anyway.
3 -This esim was enough for us to use google map during the entire trip, to do our google search and check our emails. I even shared my connection with my husband and daugther. The 4G in Dubai / Abu Dhabi and even the desert was incredibly good.
4 - I would recommand you charge your esim on your phone before leaving but you only activate it once you get there. Don't forget do de-activate your other sim card as well once arrived to avoid any unwanted charge.

Very happy with the after sales service
Compré una tarjeta para ser utilizada en Dubai y tras varios intentos me daba fallo y no la pude utilizar. Me puse en contacto con Holafly y tras realizar las oportunas gestiones me informaron que la misma tenía un error pero que ya había sido subsanado a lo que les informé que ya me había comprado una tarjeta en Dubai.
Tras lo sucedido y aún encontrándome de viaje se pone en contacto conmigo a través de email Karen, dándome una información más detallada de lo sucedido con mi tarjeta telefónica y que se va a proceder al reembolso total de la misma; algo que me pareció muy correcto por parte de la empresa y que se agradece; ya que no he tenido que entrar en reclamaciones ni discusiones con ellos. El trato con la asistencia con Karen ha sido exquisita, muchas gracias.
Igualmente al informarle que tenía otra tarjeta para Japón me hace saber que en el momento que vaya a ser utilizada se le haga saber a ella directamente para gestionar posibles incidencias.
La verdad que después del mal trago he quedado muy satisfecha con toda la gestión post venta. Muchas gracias Karen.
I bought a card to be used in Dubai and after several attempts it gave me an error and I could not use it. I got in touch with Holafly and after taking the appropriate steps, they informed me that it had an error but that it had already been corrected, so I informed them that I had already bought a card in Dubai.
After what happened and while I was still on a trip, Karen contacted me via email, giving me more detailed information about what happened with my phone card and that a full refund would be made; something that seemed very correct on the part of the company and that is appreciated; since I have not had to enter into complaints or discussions with them. The treatment with the assistance with Karen has been exquisite, thank you very much.
Likewise, by informing her that she had an otea card for Japan, she let me know that at the time it is going to be used, she should be informed directly to manage possible incidents.
The truth is that after the illness I have, I have been very satisfied. Thank you very much Karen
