I have used a few esims, mostly data, however this esim has been so userfriendly, no issues, value for money and above all excellent customer service

It's very good service

I needed a reliable esim whilst travelling around the Carribbean. I selected the Vodafone Travel Esim. On boarding process was good, it's a shame there isn't a dashboard/portal to see remaining data. I arrived in Barbados and the SIM instantly worked, great. However, as we traveled around the Carribbean, the SIM did not hold up. We arrived in St Kitts and the SIM did not connect despite having good signal. I had to connect to my normal SIM and set up Roamless, which worked fantastically albeit more expensive. As the days followed, the esim failed to connect to subsequent islands despite being within the published list of destinations. I'm genuinely disappointed.

Although my phone is about one of the only new models on the planet to not support an esim I didn't know this and bought one. When I wrote to explain and request a refund they were super helpful and responded quickly. Excellent customer service and according to my brother who recommended them, excellent product.

Bought a German eSIM for a month — everything works perfectly. Activated instantly with no issues. Customer support replies fast and is very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

It made life so easy, getting my phone number before arriving in the UK. Hence I was able to communication easy while I was at the airport.

My SIM card was locked by my carrier and so I was unable to use the service but eSIM.net was super responsive via email and worked with me to sort it out.

I Ask for refound and i never get my money back. Please avoid these scammers

So, it was working fine in UK prior to leaving for Australia. After a week the UK sim did not work primarily for 2FA.

After a day trying to sort they proudly gave me a new sim with a new number. No use what so ever for the 2FA already set up by me with all the government apps, banking apps and everything else. I am so annoyed and frustrated. Ok, they gave me a part refund. This doesn’t make me feel any better. I now have to phone up each 2FA liked app to resolve at great expense to me and of course the time.
I will stop ranting now.

Fantastic easy to instal and get going. Just be mindful of the locations you’re using as it can chew up data pretty quick ( I learnt from experience !)
The help service is spot on and accommodating.
We mainly use in UK and Europe and US with ease and economical.

I couldn't recommend more highly. When purchasing a sim card for travel, my phone was not compatible with the product. E sim.net refunded my purchase quickly through their excellent customer support. I would highly recommend.

Quality and reliability of the communication I had

I didn't do enogh research and i purchased an eSIM even though my phone doesn't support it. They agreed to give me my money back which was very nice from them!
