I just installed my showerhead and cannot believe the immediate change in my skin. I can’t wait to see moving forward! Also, customer service is outstanding. I received an email that my auto ship was ready for my new filter. I explained that we had just installed the showerhead and weren’t ready for a new filter yet. The response via email was immediate. She gave me several options to choose from and I chose to just skip this one. In the follow up email, I was notified that the next order was skipped and when to expect the next shipment. She reminded me about the portal if I needed to make any additional changes. She never once told me to use the portal vs. her personal help. All at 6:30 in the morning CST.❤️👍🏻

Hi, I got the wall shower for almost a year, and I am changing the filter as I suppose to do it, however the shower head has lost the pressure and the water feeling of needles on my skin is so strong that I had to change it for a regular shower. Could you please let me know how csn I fix this situation without loosing the pressure of the water?

Ok so I did hear from Eskin and received replacement of what caused the issue. I am updating my review to say that things did get situated out. When you order something that is supposed to be top of the line item and when there are issues you expect a certain response. It has been taken care of and I updated this to reflect. BUT I do hope that things are better when the subscription for filters start.. The product is GREAT so far I will say. I didnt realize it was plastic but seems to hold up well.

I'm really loved my Eskiin showerhead...but for some reason it didn't work with the pressure in my home. I sent it back and I am very impressed at how easy the return process was! Thank you so much...greatly appreciated!

I live in the outskirts of Columbia, South Carolina in an older neighborhood where our water and sewer pipes are at least sixty years ago. Now, after Covid, our water is leaving major calcium deposits and blackish stains in our commodes and our bath tubs and sinks. I purchased the shower filters for the showers and what a difference this has made for our hair and bath room utilities. My hair is softer and my tubs are not built up in a week with black red stains. I only wonder what was getting into our skin.

Shower is Plastic, unfortunately. But the water feels nice and has good water pressure. I did have an issue with my first filter replacement and their customer service was excellent and replaced the bad filter with no issues. The one thing I have noticed is that the shower head does not filter out everything they say it does. Still has hard water build up on the shower head, which shouldn't happen.

I ordered this shower head because I could smell the chlorine and other chemicals in the city water. My hair was falling out. I was practically living on Benadryl from skin rashes. As soon as I started using it my skin cleared up and my hair stopped falling out. I wish I could post a picture. Yesterday was my first filter change and I was amazed at what the old filter looked like. This product is amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Eskiin is possibly the best company I have ever had contact with. And, frankly, that’s no easy feat as I am 78 years old. I’ve been around the block a few times. Their customer service is above reproach. It is the quickest, most personal experience I’ve ever had. The product is fantastic and I think I have the hardest yuckiest water in the world. It makes it bearable. I love the founders approach to life and business. They are fresh and a role model that companies should surely follow. Ya all rock!!

This seems to be a well made product using good materials and works as advertised. I’ve been using this for three months with zero problems. Immediately noticed that my back was much less itchy, assuming from the filtration. Shower has a nice, soft feel that I enjoy. Customer Service has been world class, helping with questions and an adjustment to my filter replacement schedule. Glad that I took a chance on this!

After 42 days of my order not shipping I reached out to eskiin. They replied that it's been in que for 42 days and that they will resubmit my order. I told them no thanks cancel my whole order. 2 months later I receive the filter kit, that it automatically subscribed me too, I reached out to them letting them know i canceled order and I don't have the shower head. They told me to return filter and that I had to pay return postage. I refuse to pay return postage for their incompetence. Don't recommend. Customer service has been a joke.

Straight out of the box already lost two stars because this $150 thing is PLASTIC! How are you honestly going to give us hot water through plastic and take yourselves seriously as a health product. This should be made of metal!! What on earth?!

These showerheads changed my life, made my water pressure so much better, I feel better about the water touching my body. The customer service at eskiin has been top notch, friendly, and professional! No complaints here!

I like that there is much better pressure and flow now. I’m on well water and the filters are eliminating any particulate matter that gets picked up by the well.

Unethical to advertise 40-45% off "sale" when in reality and you get to your shopping cart the shower heads aren't really on "sale." There is a discount only if you sign up for an automatic replenishment of their filters. You pay full price if you just want to try this out without a commitment. How awful. Not the best way to gain a new customer. Oh, and if you give them your email and phone number you will get a whopping 10% off. Sheesh.

I was trying to work around some conflicting information regarding shipping of a shower head. I contacted Eskiin customer service on a Saturday afternoon. They responded within a half hour, then followed up an hour later since I didn't respond.
Completely unexpected 😄.
Never had such a positive experience with customer service.

From the first time I tried the filter I felt the difference, the water was even hotter than normal. But most of all when I travel I immediately feel the difference in my hair. With the filter my hair feels and looks healthier and fuller!

I’ve used Eskiin’s shower filters since September 2025 and I’ve been delighted with their performance! No more itchy, bumpy skin! I emailed Customer Support because I’m going to be away from home for a number of months, and they immediately responded and rescheduled my auto ship delivery to match my schedule. Great product and service! You won’t be disappointed.

I have been using my shower head for 2 months now and I’m absolutely loving it!! I have very hard water and now it’s wonderful! Feels better on my skin and my glass shower doors need MUCH less cleaning! It’s crazy the pressure is nice and strong but the water feels so soft. Honestly, I’ve never been someone to take long showers…… well that has changed. I know it can sound cliché but it really gives you a spa feeling. Lastly, my husband has a severe dry skin condition. He needs a prescription lotion after he showers. I told him I was buying this Shower head to improve his skin and he laughed at me. Surprise surprise he loves the way his skin feels. He’s such a skeptic and thinks everything is a scam and never does what it’s claimed to do. This came thought with flying colors!!!! I highly recommend this product to anyone. One more important thing is how happy I was with the customer service. I own a small business myself and appreciate getting treated well! Buy it you won’t regret it!!

Had problems with dry scalp and skin from hard water.
Been very pleased last couple months skin is better and scalp not dry.
Customer service is awesome!

I love the product, but just as much I love the Customer Service and the personalized care you get. I was surprised to have such a quick personal response when I had a question. Highly recommend this company and the product and saving your skin and hair!
