2 bikes from Eskute.de
I bought 2 bikes from Eskute.de. They were bought as part of their Black Friday sale which offered a spare battery.
The bikes arrived, to Ireland, very quickly, it took a bit longer for the spare batteries.
I had an issue in that, as the bikes had been laid up over the winter, the original batteries had drained and I could not recharge them
I contacted Eskute who talked me through how to bring the batteries back to life. Everything was perfect. During the process I discovered that one of the chargers was faulty.
Eskute informed me of the charger specification and advised me to buy one and they would refund.
I bought one on Amazon, sent copy of receipt to Eskute and my bank account was refunded within 3 days.
Overall, no complaints and excellent service.
