"Hello, we would like to inform you that the airline that was supposed to provide transport services and received funds from us to buy a ticket is responsible for the reimbursement. Your domain name contains Sata - which is confusing
Your webpage name contains the word Sata, which is the name of Portuguese Azores Airlines. When googling for Sata, the first hit was your page, which was in fact not Sata’s webpage. I realised this only later when I have already booked the flights, which were about 50 eur too expensive than normally. If I could have, I would have cancel the booking immediately. I don’t think it is ok for you to use Sata in the domaine name! It is confusing.
