If you want to have problems buy tickets from esky. My problems started when I couldn't add the full name of my daughter. She has first name plus 2 surnames. So because I had already booked my wife's ticket I wrote the first name , the first surname and some letters from the second. After that I contact esky to add the second surname because in the platform I couldn't. The first respond was why my daughter has 2 surnames. And I said to the person that said that what I had to do? To delete one so I can fly? Anyway after 3 days waiting they called me and they said that I have to buy another ticket and I have to write only the second surname. They said that I will lose the money from the first ticket. They said that they cannot do anything. So I started to find a way to contact the airline. It was difficult. But after 10 days more less I found the responsible person in Spain and I fixed that issue. Without buy a second ticket and without pay any penalty. So. Thank you for all these problems esky and all your recommendation! For sure I will not buy any ticket from your site any more! And I advise to anyone who want to buy one, to think again.. I had what ever I have to say and this is the truth!
