I made a booking for flight tickets. it said it would cost 550kr and i went through the booking and before i paid it did not make it very clear until AFTER i already paid that there is a extra service fee on 400kr (!) and so i paid nearly double what i was expecting for my ticket. It made me really upset that this was not more clear BEFORE i payed. In other sides the factura is being shown very clear, this is what you pay, before doing so, and here it was not clear. So i really feel tricked and sad that i used their service to buy my ticket

I'm waiting now for the third day to hear from Eskytravel. I booked tickets Tuesday, and it still says "Booking pending". I need to arrange a lot of things in relation to my travel, so please let me know, if you can deliver the tickets, or if you cancel our agreement.
I have also used the contact form, but no-one answers.

I searched for flights, went through the whole booking process and then tried to pay and then got a popup saying the price had gone up by 5 x the original price (600DKK became 3000DKK). I then searched again and saw the same cheaper price, but can't book for that price. Why is Esky wasting my time, I'm obviously not going to pay 5 x the price for the flights.

CANCELED FLIGHT - 6 months later and no refund date defined
Flight AR1290 (May 9, 2024, at 10:20) was canceled, and we had to reorganize our return to Europe through other means (reservations canceled the same day: 5790058598 and 2802991137).

After 6 months of requesting the refund, we still have not received anything.

They will tell you they are requesting your refund from the airline, that they are waiting for responses, and other excuses. Unfortunately, the truth is that their customer service is terrible. They respond just to waste your time, fail to proactively follow up on your issue, and leave you hanging until you give up (this is being written 6 months later).

I regret to say that the only solution we have is to NEVER PURCHASE through this website again in the future.

UPDATE (20/11/2024): The airline's customer service says they have already issued the refund to the agency. Additionally, I have friends who bought their tickets directly from the airline, and they have already received their money. Let’s see what excuse Esky comes up with now... :/

First of all it’s very difficult finding your contact informations.
I’ve booked my flight ticket yesterday, and have still not recieved booking confirmation. I’ve recieved an e-mail where it says ‘waiting for your payment’ but i’ve already paid.

Newer again. The price of the ticket is higher than adverticed. I booked a ticket a ticket from Nice to CPH, it wad priced 695 kr. Irt ended up with the price 1051 kr included insurance etc. I only has a hand luggage. Well due to ilness in my family i have to cancel it more than 3 days before the flight an take an earlier flight. esky claimed it was not possible go cancel and get my money back.
Do NO use eskytravel. They are a chealting company.
Always book your ticked at the airline.
