Purchased xenon globes

Purchased xenon globes.
No updates on order for weeks until escalated and claimed no order was made. Then i escalated to customer support and suddenly my order has been dispatched. 2 weeks go by and no tracking number or update. Then the company goes on annual leave … still have not received anything in regards to order. Have requested a refund but still waiting for a response. Don’t waste your time or money there is no sense of customer service.
