I recently made a purchase from esmea.ca. Unfortunately one of the items I purchased went out of stock. A representative from the company reached out to me right away and provided me with options to replace the item. Typically most companies will just replace an out of stock item with what they feel like. But not esmea. I received a text within a day of placing my order with options and my order was shipped out in less than 24hrs. Amazing service. I will be ordering again
