Nice products, but fencing with a 15% discount when collecting your email address, to offer 10% is called false advertising, and prohibited by law.

This was a disappointing experience
This was a disappointing experience, mainly for two reasons.
The first issue is something I'm willing to admit was partly an oversight on my part. I ordered the rice pudding, which is labelled on the side of the packet as "Natural Flavouring", apparently ESN's way of saying unflavoured. However, this isn't particularly clear. The packaging features a large image of a cinnamon stick, and the product images on the website also prominently display cinnamon. I think it's a reasonable assumption that a product covered in cinnamon imagery would actually be cinnamon flavoured. So it came as quite a surprise to discover that it was completely unflavoured. While I accept I could have looked more closely at the label, I also think the marketing is misleading.
The second issue was the condition the parcel arrived in. The rice pudding bag had ripped open during transit, leaving the contents scattered throughout the box and all over my kitchen. Customer service responded quickly, which I appreciate, but initially asked me to return the damaged product. That simply wasn't practical, as the contents had already spilled everywhere. They did eventually send a replacement, so credit where it's due.
Unfortunately, by that point I'd realised the product was unflavoured, and I would have preferred to return it. No option for a refund was offered, despite the circumstances. Instead, I'm now left with a large bag of a product I don't want.
I was really looking forward to trying ESN's rice pudding, so the combination of misleading packaging, the damaged delivery, and the lack of a refund option made for a very disappointing experience.

Missed deal but good products
The website showed a deal "flavor powder 4 for 3" but this was not directly calculated in my basket. So now I still bought and paid 4.

Pricey, even with promotion code’s
Prizy prices and a website that is tricky to navigate on mobile but seems like good quality. Looking forward to taste and feel the quality. I mean with that prices, even with promotion code it has to be better than others. Personally, I also hope the shipping is fast.

They made me return a damaged order which i have returned and it has been over 1 month and the return tracking says delivered and they are yet to refund me i have been emailing them everyday as it is a expensive £400 order and they reply to me once a week saying we are checking the warehouse but they seem to reply to reviews verry fast
