I ordered a Cleveland putter on 6…

UPDATE: Espace golf have since communicated with me and gave me a full refund as well as a 20 Euro discount voucher. Seems the left handed Cleveland putter I ordered is not an easy item to come by.

I ordered a Cleveland putter on 6 January 2025. Shipment within a week according to the website.
On 10 January (3days after my order) I received an email to say my putter will be shipped no later than 20 January. Very disappointed.
I sent an email, but no reply. Looks like customer service at Espace golf is non existent.
I really hope I get my putter.

My experience of buying from Espace Golf.

Firstly, Espace Golf had stock and the best price for the Cleveland full face wedges anywhere in Europe that I could find, then their service was first class and information was excellent. Thank you and keep up the good work, I will buy again when I need more golf equipment.

Wrong product deliverded.
Advertised and ordered was stainless steel (acier inoxidable), deliverded was aluminium golf caddy.
One of the zippers of the carry bag did not function

This company uses deceptive pricing…

This company uses deceptive pricing practices. I tried to order a golf rain jacket and golf trousers. In my cart the price (before shipping and discounts) was quoted at $398. When I went to pay the price (before shipping and discounts) was $434. I tried two times yesterday, and another time today, and the same issue occurs. I contacted their support team and was told by Bastien "Product prices can vary from day to day depending on sales periods, brand agreements, stocks and our pricing policy. This explains why you are currently seeing a price difference. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover this difference." Changing their stated price when a customer moves from cart to payment must be their general practice. Never seen this before, and I will never order from this company. Very dishonest. I will spread the word to the best of my ability.
