I see you fulfilled your threat of leaving a bad review on Trust Pilot. So, you bought a second hand heater from Ebay which wasn’t working. It was tested and established that the ECU was faulty. You didn’t want to pay for a replacement. You said you would be in this week to collect it. On this occasion the paperwork didn’t make it over to the office in time. When you came in, we told you the paperwork hadn’t been done and asked if you would like to go to the workshop to speak to the engineer while Tim in the office raised the paperwork. We are always busy but you came at a time we were inundated with phone calls. I don’t understand why you felt our Service Manager shouldn’t be taking calls, while it was Mark who was speaking with you.
The other customer’s missing parts, that absolutely was not the case and you should not be suggesting such.
We actually work in organised chaos and have been for almost 23 years. If only we had the time to keep everything clean and tidy.
There was an issue over your email address, that was our bad. However, I understand that you also got it wrong (com/co.uk) at one point. We do not have a PDQ facility so, as you were unable to pay through your phone, we allowed you to sit at a colleague’s pc to make the payment. Your card was declined as you were typing in the wrong number, none of us are perfect, but you got there in the end.
We brought up the subject of SW Ambulance Service as that is who Alistair was on the phone to when you thought everyone should have dropped everything for you.
You never once mentioned that your poor wife had been left in the car all this time. When our engineer said the paperwork wasn’t ready you were offered the use of our waiting room which has heating and hot drinks but you turned down this offer in favour of standing in the workshop getting irate with 4 engineers going about their job. As you live locally, none of us can comprehend why you didn’t take your wife for her appointment and come back later.
Finally, I am the lady you swore at. It is a curse word and was certainly delivered as such. Of course I was angry, how dare you come into my business and speak to anybody that way. When I asked if you had sworn at the strapping men in the workshop, as well as the lone female in the office, you proudly stated you had. I asked each one of the men and they confirmed you did not swear you just kept shouting in general. Coincidently, when I told you not to swear at me, your immediate response was that you were going to leave a bad review on Trust Pilot (something you do regularly). To then admit to anyone with access to the internet that you had sworn and even typed in what you said beggars belief. Maybe businesses should start checking consumer’s reviews and decide whether they want to deal with them or not.
I hope for your sake that you are able to find some competition as you are certainly not welcome back here with your potty mouth.
With regards to your payment, no one here wants anything to do with you or your money. As it was a woman on the end of your verbal attack, Espar Ltd will be donating your £76.80 to Trevi, a Plymouth based women’s charity.
