Your IT system does not contemplate the possibility of correcting the postal code of the customer before the product is sent. Have you seen the "computer says noooo" sketch from the humourists Little Britain?
There was no link provided for tracking the shipping which is very 20th century
Sorry but you have to raise your game...
I very often buy online and I am afraid you are miles away in terms of customer experience. Get a good CRM software and a better outlook.

I am still waiting for the purchase to arrive. So need to be given in the future an approximate date or a way of tracking. The postage cost was more than half the cost of the product so expected a 48 hour delivery.

The product was correct however the delivery time was not as advertized. I had no washing machine until the part finally arrived and ended up having to find a launderette to do the washing.

Take this into account.
The shipment arrived on time but it was held at the customs office and I could collet it at the local postal office a week later, having to pay some taxes.

The service and parts were great howeever,
The service was great and the parts perfect however I ordered from the Spanish site Espares.es and found that the part was sent from the UK which then meant I was paying full price again on import duties, doubling the cost. I would suggest if you are ordering from abroad ensure that's where it will be sent from.

Living in Spain I made my purchase using the espares.es site. Local postal service wanted to charge me €22 in import taxes, half the value of the item I was purchasing.
Order cancelled. Not good service really.
