It took over three weeks to receive the item. At one point I began to suspect that the organization was fraudulent. When I realized it needed to ship from the UK to France, I gave it some leeway. But I had other products (books) also shipped from the UK ordered afterwards that all arrived much faster. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The price for my mixer’s splash guard was reasonable and exactly what I needed.

Online return process not working
Received faulty lightbulb and used only option of an online form to request return form and refund. No response from Espares in 10 days, dreadful after sales system.

Le montant total de votre commande sera reversé sur le compte que vous avez utilisé comme mode de paiement, dans les prochains jours, vous le verrez apparaître sur votre relevé bancaire.
Il n'est pas nécessaire de retourner la pièce de rechange, vous pouvez la conserver ou la jeter.
Afin d'envoyer à nouveau la commande, une nouvelle expédition devrait être générée.

Product fine but, had I known that eSpares wants sterling, I would have used a UK card rather than a French one which incurred additional bank charges. ESpares should advise this to its customers.
