I ordered a product

I ordered a product , ( a knob for my cooker ) the item that was supplied did not fit and I asked if I could return it, The reply was extremely professional , I was asked to not return it and my bank would be credited with fee , which it was. Well done to all the staff especially Moran and a well deserved 5 stars.

I was disgusted to find my purchase…

I was disgusted to find my purchase came from The Royal Mail. An Irish web site address and an Irish address on the website (Sandyford Dublin 16). Why did it come from England?

I am sorry to hear of the issues experienced.

Orders placed on standard delivery are despatched via AN Post and usually delivered within 5-7 working days. We are required to allow 10 working days for AN Post to deliver & lapse before the order can be classed as lost in transit after which we will refund the order.

We do not have a Dublin address displayed on our website.

Absolutely shocking service.

Absolutely shocking service.
Purchased 3 items for cooker and received no confirmation of order.
After days of emailing I was sent order number to check tracking.
Have put this no. In and it doesn’t recognise it.
Never again, pay a little more and buy local and in Ireland
