If I could give zero stars I would

Back in 2020-2022 they offered a plan and called it "Free Forever for up to 100 devices" and our church signed up. As far as the service it had some bugs but worked okay and they eventually worked out the bugs. The problem is that just recently we went to log into our account only to find an "Access Denied" message. Suddenly and without notice or warning we were locked out of our account. I contacted their support and they referred me to their "Sales" department. The person emailed back and had informed me that our account was "Suspended due to non-payment". I informed him that our account was NOT suspended due to non-payment and that we had a free account and I had specifically remembered the wording "Free Forever" so I went on the wayback machine and pulled up a copy of their website as it existed back in 2020 clearly indicating it was free forever for up to 100 devices. I sent a screenshot of this website to the person and indicated that we were on a free forever plan and we respectfully requested that they reinstate our access since we had some devices we needed to make some changes to. He responded stating that they "couldn't" reinstate our access as the platform now requires all accounts to be on a paid subscription plan. Ultimately they refused to reinstate access to our "free forever" account and now I have about 5 tablets that are locked down that I'm going to have to figure out how to reprovision because we can't make any changes without paying them for an account. After how they treated us there is no way we would ever pay them for any of their services. Beware - they lie to you and reneg on their promises.. stay away!
