While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Cannot recommend this firm

Cannot recommend this firm. I ordered RAM that was listed as available. The prices were going up at that time. The firm refused to deliver it, suddenly claiming it was no longer available. It was clear they wanted to not lose money on their offer so they simply refused to fill the order offering my money back. They had an offer, I accepted. They refused to honor the deal. Simply put, they cannot be trusted.

Scam

Same as the other two reviews.
Item in stock not delivered. Even after one month after the initial order. Ghosted emails...
I'm driving all the way there to get something back. Also started a disputed with powerpay. I will take this to the very last consequences even if I have to start a legal battle with the owner. One way or the other, this will definitely get resolved.

Even after 2 months, the item still hasn’t arrived.

Even after 2 months, the item still hasn’t arrived. Although it said they had 3 items in stock and that the shipment would arrive within about 10 days, they still hadn’t sent the purchased item even two months later. Also, no message arrived to explain their actions. During that period, the price of the item increased 3x, so I assume they’re waiting for me to request a refund so they can cancel my order and sell the item for more.

Bait & Switch practice - Do not order here

I placed an order for an item listed as "In Stock". My credit card was charged immediately. The issue is not just the non-delivery, but the business practice:
- No Delivery: the "1 week" delivery window passed with zero communication.
- Ghosting: emails to customer support and the owner go unanswered.
- Bait & Switch: immediately after I purchased the item at 77 CHF, the price on the website was raised to 173 CHF. The seller refuses to honor the original contract and holds onto the funds.

This appears to be a "dropshipping" operation managed by a single individual without actual Swiss stock. To get my money back, I initiated a chargeback via American Express and filed a report with consumer protection agencies (FRC/SECO).

Advice: check the company's reputation before buying. Avoid.
