It was difficult to get confirmation…

It was difficult to get confirmation that the ordered item had been sent. In fact, after many emails, I still don't know anything other than it will be sent later!

After paying for 24-hour delivery, it's pretty frustrating that after two working days, I can't get confirmation that it is sent; I just get references to terms and conditions and that postage times are not guaranteed when that wasn't the question asked.

It was not a greatest experience for me and not the cheapest.
