Essay was not up to scratch, I'm pretty sure they use chatGPT to write their essays too. I found SEVERAL instances of the SAME sentence being used throughout the document. When confronting them about it, they maintained that the work was at Masters level and refused to give me a refund. When I had CONCRETE proof that their work is trash. Would not recommend.

Please when you experience errors and not meeting the requirements, directly stop with the order and ask for refund before it is too late. Customer service seems nice but i get the feeling that it is all for show to get you money en prevent you from not wanting the order.

This company creates good texts with some spelling and grammar mistakes, and has well-schooled customer support agents. Those were pluses. Minuses are their costs and troubles with the deadlines.
