I applied for a loan from Essentials Finance in ireland for !€2000. It was all go l had a chap on phone constantly setting it up when we got near the end he said l had to pay €79 for insurance as it was an unsecured loan. .l paid it loan wa to be in my bank at 1pm never arrived then was told 2.30 never arrived so l rang quiet annoyed to be told oh you didn't pay €120 for whatever l went ya never said anything about that till now anyway l needed a loans (Still do) so l paid it in 2 50s and a 20 from my bank acc to my revelout acc and then had to send it to him. Anyway money was to arrive at various times and it hasn't was told Friday would be today but this am l got a call my handling support worker as he's called and he said he wanted anther €120 as at first l applied for €4000 And that was approved and then l changed my mind. So you ha e to pay that l just said hay wait up there l didnt apply to you for 4 grand that was a different company andbl said when l told you Due to being paid back some money l was owed l now only need 2 grand to which you said that's great only borrow what you need?? So how and where did yhis 4 grand come from unless you are working under two name which they are lm sure now this guy is the same one that gave a different name in the other company so please stay away from Essentials finance Ltd. There scammers at rhe best l think there called ECL also anyway this amd l text him back and said straight out give me the loan or ld prefer my €199 funny no communication since that. These are crooks that benefit from people like me who ca t get a loan through a proper bank why because l got sick and fell behind with mortgage now that's all been sorted out since 2018 yet lm black listed l went from great Job. And salary to disability assistance over night almost so people will continue to be scammed until banks here see that their pushing people into being scammed by not even listening to their application 😑 sad country. Every body at this company are not irish nationals by the way lve gone to the gardai so we wait and see the outcome. I'd give them no star if l could and ld encourage people to remem er the name and advise friends to not go near them never.

Very professional service, my broker was Ali, he was very helpful towards all the necessary dealings of my mortgage.

I had a bit of delay on few occasions on getting things sorted and resulted in a fair amount of financial loss, hence I gave 4 star, but you will get constant updates on any product changes and a very friendly service.
