Delivery isn’t great
Lately, I've been experiencing numerous issues with the prescription shipping process. There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to update my delivery preferences. It goes from Canada Post leaving my package in a community mailbox without any notification that it has been delivered, to FedEx holding it at some unknown facility instead of simply delivering it to my door like any other company.

To help avoid delays during the recent Canada Post service disruptions, your last order was shipped via FedEx. Based on your previously expressed preference to avoid mailbox deliveries, we arranged for the package to be held for pickup at the nearest FedEx location.
We also reached out on July 5th to inform you that the order would be held at a nearby FedEx location for pickup, as per the delivery preference we had on file at the time.
Regarding the earlier delivery through Canada Post, kindly note that Canada Post does not automatically send delivery notifications unless you sign up for email or text alerts through their website. Unfortunately, this is not something we can enable on your behalf, but once you're registered, you'll receive updates for all future deliveries.
However, rest assured that we have noted your current preference to have future shipments delivered directly to your home address. We've now updated your file to reflect this, and moving forward, we’ll instruct the carrier to leave your packages at your front door.

Topical finasteride gel for androgenic alopecia
I have recently started losing hair due to androgenic alopecia, and the staff at Essential Clinic have been very resourceful and supportive in terms of diagnosing the condition and formulating a treatment plan while also managing potential side effects. The product (topical finasteride + minoxidil gel) always arrives on time and is easy to apply. I have noticed a reduction in hair loss within a month or two after starting the product, but it is too early to notice regrowth as the time frame can be different for everyone. It is important to find the right dosage that remains effective without significant side effects, and the staff has been very helpful in this regard.
