I don't know who these people are who are behind these emails, keyboards and filling the scripts, but THANK YOU for making what I thought was going to be a total disaster in the beginning to years later a simple and effortless transaction. I would normally reframe myself from taking part in such a thing as I skip the "self check out" and go directly to a cashier/person just for the interaction of the "hello's" & "have a nice day" but this sure down beat sitting in that doctors waiting room.
