I love this product
I honestly love this product. I have noticed an immediate change in my skin since using it and so have my friends. It’s a little painful but you quickly get used to it and the glowing, plump and hydrated skin is the best result!

Excellent roller
The best roller I've used. I've seen results after using it twice. Stretch marks have been significantly reduce. Will recommend this to anyone wanting to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.

.05 roller and C serum
I purchased a .05 derma roller and vitamin C serum, which I received within 4 days which is excellent. Extremely happy with the roller. It’s excellent quality and both comfortable and easy to use. I think that the detachable feature of the roller head is great meaning you can use different size rollers on the one handle. The vitamin C serum feels great on my skin and is gentle but still delivers great smoothing results. I’ve only had the products for a short time but so far very happy with them and look forward to continued positive results in the future.

I've been looking for a Dermaroller for a while now and choose to purchase this one based on the reviews and needle depth. I've only used it once but I already noticed my skin more glowy. It did tingle when I used it but not unbearable. I can't wait to continue seeing results.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience. In your case, the parcel was delivered to the address you provided us with. You noted in your email that "The parcel was left at a company which is not mine".
Upon looking at your delivery address on file we can see that your quoted address does not mention any business name. If there are multiple businesses at your delivery address, your best option is to ask at the central mail point of the building to see if someone else has your parcel.
For future online orders please ensure your delivery address is correct and contains any business name information if using a shared business address. This will stop any issues with getting deliveries to addresses that share the same building or mail room.
