I was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years ago and I can only say I was floored.
My biggest fear was having chemotherapy, so I decided to go to Julia. I didn’t know what to expect , but all I can say is she was absolutely amazing. My anxiety levels were through the roof, but after my sessions with Julia I was so calm and relaxed.
She is such a kind, approachable person who listens and has an answer for every question.
I would highly recommend Julia to anyone, as I have already done.

I have attended Essential Energetics over the past 5 years on different occasions when I've been suffering bad from anxiety and depression due to different lifes situations. I would be at such low points when I'd attend and my body would be holding and feeling all this tension inside. It truly is amazing how calm and relaxed my body and mind feels after a session of bio energy. Julia is so welcoming and friendly I feel I can talk to her about my worries and fears, she is very understanding and between the treatment itself and the chats with Julia after a few sessions I feel back to myself again.
This is a medication free treatment that I cannot recommend highly enough.

Julia has helped me so much with regards to my mental health and confidence. The energy healing has given me an outlet to release unpleasant memories, deal with negative thoughts and live in the present moment. Even just talking things through with Julia has given me clarity and closure.
