Use 12 years, wonderful personal information management software.

If you are looking for a personal information manager, it does not get any better than EPIM. There are so many cool features that stores information so easily, including passwords that are "double protected." When you get older, you will understand the need for having something else securely remember all the important stuff.

The calendar is perfect and i have no problems with the task and contacts etc. But i totally gave up on syncing my tablet to my desktop computer. It just would not work. The email is jerky and troublesome and the junk mail operation is a joke. It does nothing. So i use Outlook for the mail and address book and Essential PIM for the calendar. What a shame.

EPIM is a very useful tool for taking and organizing notes and ideas. It has several other features that make it a vital aide to getting things done. Highly recommended it. I've been using it for more than 8 years.

Best email client for PC. I tray everything but only E-PIM gives me what I want, individual Inbox or common Inbox and more other use-full things. Also is possible synchronization with E-PIM for android. Can be configured as POP or IMAP client. Better then E-PIM do not exists.

I have been an EssentialPIM user for over twelve years, and have seen it grow and change to keep up with the latest useability standards. The ease of use is naturally intuitive. Give it a try.

The best! I have been using it for 7 years and have never had any problems. Always up to date and reliable, it doesn't crash and it misses nothing. For me it has no competitor

I have been using Essential PIM literally for years. I use it every day, from sun up to sundown. They are always updating it to be able to work with other programs, Windows, Google, etc. and adding to the aleady robust feature set.. Only way you will know if you take it out for a test drive.

I've used EssentialPIM for several years. I like very much its calendar and clear & concise searchable contacts list. But its clear to-do task list, with the ability to set reminders, is a very great help. Especially for repeating tasks that have longish intervals.

Changing from Palm to Essential PIM with the help of my Smartphone was first time necessarily and then a really good idea. EPIM has all the things I need and more. I've tried it first with the free version and I was satisfied. Now I have the full life version and even this was the right decision. I didn't found a better PIM. Try it...

I began using computers when they were the size of Semi trailer and as they got smaller, better and faster, in the 80's I gravitated from Apple to Macintosh to IBM PCs and with it, I used about every form of Email and Contact Mgmt from AOL, Eudora, Google, Netscape, Outlook, Pegasus, Thunderbird, Yahoo and more. Then in late 2004 or early 2005 I purchased a thumb drive with U3 software, one of which was the free EssentialPIM. I was hooked and purchased the first version of EPIM and have been a Lifetime Pro user. Email & Newsletters is F-A-S-T and the Password feature is superb. Just as important is how quickly the response you get from support. I will say it again, I am a life long user.

Came to Essential PIM 10 years ago, as a relief from MS Outlook. Rapidly realised its simplicity and potential, and bought the lifetime updates licence. Now I run my life with it as an essential aid - everything in one simple place, and faultlessly synchronised across phone and desktop. Just hope it never gets too bloated with non-essential features. Though inclusion of email in the Android phone version would be the icing on the cake, plus an effective spam filter on the desktop email.

More I use al the type of version usb portable many year ago, but all the time the Pro version.

I'm using EPIM since 2008 (= *12 years), switched to pro, and then to lifetime for a absolut fair price.
Never regret it !
The best part: They are listening to their customers !
Many suggested features are implemented in later Updates and versions.
The Support on their Forum is outstanding.
Also: just a few Megabyte for a great Software, other companys are using a ton of disc-space.

One-of-a-kind app! Also complete in the Free version! Excellent and recommended by me that I have been using it for years!

I am use this software about 5 years. This software keep my mail, tasks, everyday cases. It's very cool application

I’ve used Epim Pro for years, and it is everything I want or need from a Personal Information Manager.
I also use the synchronisation, to synchronise my Epim with my wife’s, using the iPad app.
If I could synchronise the Notes section on my PC with my iPad, it would be even better! I look forvward to when this is available!

Very good database. Many years ago I have bought 3 computers licence for my company. Under it we have organise clients and products database.
It is still extended about new features.

I chose the application for managing personal information for a long time, tested a lot, and chose EssentialPIM PRO. It was about 7 years ago, there was still no version of Android. Now I confidently say that I was not mistaken with the choice! The only mistake - I bought a license for a year of updates and not a lifetime! ;)
