Rubbish roof and damaged car

We had a loft conversion done by Essex eco lofts in December 2020. After they had fitted a new roof we had a leak in the roof which they responded to quickly and we were told it was fixed. Shortly after this we had another leak in the same area, again they respond quickly and we were told yet again that it was fixed and the job was finished. Again shortly after this we had the same leak return. We received an apology saying that this shouldn’t have happened and that they would be round asap to fix it. This was many weeks ago and they have ignored all of my calls, emails and messages since. We have now given up on ever seeing them again and have had to employ a new roofing company to fix the problem. The new roofer has pointed out numerous faults with the roof and fitting of the velux windows. The total bill for fixing the mistakes by Essex eco lofts is £2950!
On top of these issues they also damaged my neighbours car by dropping a roof tile on the bonnet, again this was something that they promised to get fixed but has never happened, so on top of paying an extra £2950 for a job I’ve already paid for I now need to pay for my neighbours car to be repaired!
Do not trust Essex eco lofts or the company owner Anthony Day.
