I sent my turbo actuator off to them as I got told I had many issues with it and I can't speak highly enough of them the part was all fixed and looks brand new and sent back to newcastle all in a week. Thank you so much.

Brilliant Speedy Service in repairing my Ford focus instrument cluster and the car now runs fine. Glad I trusted the reviews on Google and went with Essex recon as local garage guys were quoting 1-2 weeks turnaround time. They recieved my parcel on monday , kept me updated on each step and I received it back on Wednesday morning :)

Excellent service, unit delivered next day with a return label so exchange unit could be re boxed and sent straight back. Vehicle brakes are now safe and fully functional. All for a very reasonable price and a reassuring 2 year warranty.

How dealing with a company should be. Pre repair live chat staff were nice polite & helpful. Once repair was sent off to them their communication was out standing & then the turn around time. They said 2-3 days, it was in fact under 4 hours from them receiving the item to them texting me to say it was all done & being posted back out.

Honestly every part of the process was a well oiled machine & considering they were one of the cheaper quotes the value for money here is top notch.

I couldn’t recommend this company any more, truly first class service thank you.

Fast turnaround & quality work

Filled out the form for a repair on my Range Rover Evoque gear selector, paid the crazy low price and sent it in on Monday. Part was reconditioned and returned to me by Thursday. I'm now back up and running and really grateful to the guys for sorting this out.
