Very disappointed is an understatement

Very disappointed with Steve who I thought was a nice guy, they are cowboy builders and criminals who have taken £35+k and left us with substandard work and incomplete home , terrible customer service, did not work to time, left me and my family without heating and hot water over christmas and refused to rectify leaks and terribly done work and leaks that happened because they wanted more money. till date have not fixed anything and endangered my family, not received any electric or gas safety certificates, they damaged and items went missing from my property and now say they are shutting down the company because we informed them of our rights after contacting trading standards. Nothing done was fit for purpose. Stay well away from these guys.

Excellent

Amazing company very easy to work with. Excellent high quality workmanship. Would highly recommend for all you house hold maintenance needs from painting to roofing repair.

Great company, highly recommended.

Great company. Cannot recommend enough. We always use this company with no hesitation. Is quick to respond to our call and deal with any urgent matters quickly. Putting our mind at ease, knowing its always quality work, with professionalism and integrity in any scenario.

i cannot praise Richard and Steve of …essential property services

i cannot praise Richard and Steve of essential property services enough for the work they have done on my house to prepare it ready for rental
nothing was to much trouble And any problems were met with solutions I would never have considered saving me money and time
all of their staff were both competent and friendly and trustworthy. After several house moves over the last 10 years meant I had accumulated a lot of stuff Steve helped me sort it all out and was very patient when I got a bit weepy!
They are an absolute 'one stop shop' covering anything and everything that running a house requires if they can't do it they know a man that can!
