We have been clear since our inception that we offer fun, novelty gifts that are meant for a good laugh between the gift giver and gift receiver. Our title packs do not grant peerage. Each plot of land will remain in the persons name for eternity left in its natural state, free from interference.
With every order, we donate to one of our tree planting partners such as Trees for the Future as we entrust them to know where reforestation efforts are best placed. The trees are not planted on the plot of land as this is already land in its natural state with the intention that this land will remain this way for eternity.
We also offer a no-nonsense refund policy, that any customer that is not 100% happy with their order can request a refund and we will continue to honour this policy.
