Got this as a Xmas present for my partner, his family is from Scotland and we live overseas so I thought it would be a fun detail .. still a few weeks til Christmas but I’m sure he will love to be called “Lord” from then on ! Now on the hunt for a nice frame to finish the gift!

Great website. Easy to understand and use. However, the confirmation mail was a bit unclear and could be more precise. I felt like I had to actively search for the link to the title document, and there is little explanation on the different documents provided/generated.

Reached out to Establishedtitles support prior to ordering asking if it was possible to have a specific date on the certificate (to match our anniversary date) — it was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my wife. After confirming it was possible and asking me to send them an email after I make a purchase (which I did and the sent a follow up) their support ghosted me.

5 days passed since I placed my order and still no response from Establishedtitles and no amended certificate like they promised.

I am an American and made this purchase for my 12-year-old son in advance of our upcoming trip to Scotland He is elated that he can call himself “Lord,” and has been, well, lording it over me for days now. The purchasing process was straightforward and easy and I am glad we are contributing a few trees to Scotland as part of it.
