SCAM!!
SCAM!!! Claiming to have our holiday rental on their books. This is a scam, they do not but, have fraudulently used our photos!!
Funny if not such a serious issues (scam)
I recently received an email saying an wooden decking area recently installed was listed on their property website. I'm not sure they've looked up the meaning of property in the dictionary as the decking is in a public space and not attached to any property lol.
Stay away from these @&@$)#'s
SCAM!! I keep on receiving messages my vacation homes are on their platform.
I have never signed up with them and have nothing to do with these scammers. I refuse to click on the links to my supposed vacation homes since I have no trust that anything good can come out of this.
Just like what everyone else says, stay away from these people !
Fraud
I wish I could give no stars. This is an unsolicited hack site. Just like the other reviews say. Stay away.
NOT associated with my business
Had an email telling me my business has been successfully listed on their site. This is the first I have heard of them, and as with all the other reviews, I do not, have not, and will not consent to my business being affiliated with this website. They seem very rogue, and using legitimate businesses, without their consent, to try and give themselves some credit. No idea who these people are, but I didn't even dare click on the links they sent me to "manage my account", so be very careful if you choose to do business with them. To be clear, Bryer Property Maintenance, based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, is NOT in any way shape or form associated with this company. If you need to contact us, please do so directly, and NOT through this site. We can be found online with a simple google search, or through Yell.com.
Dangerous, avoid them!
They say they have listed our property in Spain. We don't even know this company and want nothing to do with them. Like other reviewers, we recommend strongly not to deal with them.
Got en email from them a few months…
Got en email from them a few months back saying I’ve been selected to be one of their partners or whatever, to which I ignored. Now I’ve just noticed that apparently they’ve gone ahead and listed my property listings and my business on their website anyway, without my consent.
I hope that whoever is reading this can avoid a potential scam from this platform. My business: RYNG, KLCC Real Estate Agent or also know as Ryan Yong • Estate RYNG KLCC, operates in Kuala Lumpur and is in no way of form affiliated with estateagent1. Please do not engage with them on any activities or transactions, Google me and contact me via official channels that I’ve stated in my business profile.
Posted my details without permission also told them that I decline their service because I am the one that sells properties, not to buy service from another company that I don't know
they keep calling me, already told them to stop offering me their posting on website, never agreed and they never asked for permission, I was shocked to know that one day they sent me an email which my details for my real-estate business are listed. "What happens if a buyer is looking for me on google and my listing and information are listed which the buyer will think that I am affiliated with them which they can do sketchy stuff" my buyer will blame me and not estateagents1.com?! Get the point?
Non-existent listing
Just had an email that my listing in Oshawa is now live on their site, but I don't have an active listing in Oshawa right now. Brian Guy and Guysrealty has no affiliation with this company and cannot guarantee anything that they post on their website.
Unsolicited emails from Scammers…
Unsolicited emails from this rogue outfit who sound legit but are obviously not.
I'd report myself and recommend others reporting too if possible but who to...?
Rogue estate agency - Avoid
This is a rogue estate agency that sends scam/phishing emails purportedly with support from reputable companies. To be clear, Great North Lodges and any property withing our portfolio is not listed with this shower, so please ignore any email suggesting that to be the case
Beware of this fraudulent website
This is a scam website which has listed my business without my consent. The Stable Bothy, Rogart has no affiliation with Estateagents1 and no booking made through them will be valid.
Please note that Hotels1000 and Travelagents10 have done the same and their tactics and correspondence are so similar that they are likely run by the same person.
Please contact me through my own website if you have a question or wish to make a booking.
Do not have anything to do with…
Do not have anything to do with Estateagents1 they are scammers and have used our info illegally.

Scammers
Scammers, take your information online and create false adverts without authorisation.
These scammers are using our properties…
These scammers have published our properties on their website via our social media sites without our permission! I will be reporting, how are they allowed to do this??? Don't visit their website it's dangerous! We have been in touch with our solicitor and will be taking action.
These scammers took our company's…
These scammers took our company's information from probably our FB and website to create a property listing on their website, as if it were ourselves that have created the listing, without our consent and/or authorisation.
This has happened multiple times during the course of 2024.
Please do not contact BotswanaConnect via any details EstateAgents1 may use on their site, purporting to be our listing.
Impossible
Impossible, they take my data and photos for their website
These SCAMMERS look so professional BEWARE
These SCAMMERS look so professional. They even helped on a chat page with a real person chat which sounded legit. They have access to my FB page and have frozen me out! I nearly advertised with them and verified my account on a link where they said no payment would be taken. 0.85p came out and alarm bells rang. I alerted Monzo and they refunded the payment. The next day £37 came out. I then cancelled my card and alerted Monzo again. Monzo useless customer service support saying I clicked on the link so my fault. Facebook is the worst platform with no help to regain access to my business page. Huge lesson learned and I am usually pretty savvy to any sort of scam.
