too expensive, 4-5 times the price that you should pay. misleading!
A total rip off - I didn't realize there was such a large fee - I payed $ 186 for me and my wife instead of 28 on the official side for the same service.
charges too much for the work, and slow down the process, if you go to the government website only charge $14.00 and get the result at 15 min.
Searching the web for ESTA - ESTAWEBSITE oups up and seems like the official site for that...
when the process is finished they charge 69$ for each application !!!!
While the official site does not charge any additional fee - this is a rubbery and misleading !
