I wanted to write a review around the 4-month mark after my hair transplant, but I decided to wait a whole year to give a complete experience with this clinic. One of my biggest concerns going into the process was whether they would be familiar with Black hair, specifically 4C hair texture. To my relief, the clinic provided before-and-after photos of previous 4C hair transplants they had performed, which gave me the confidence and peace of mind to move forward with the surgery. From the very beginning, their service was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Betty, who assisted me via text throughout the process, was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure I had all the information I needed before, during, and after the surgery.

What truly sets this clinic apart is that they didn’t just perform the procedure and move on. They stayed in regular contact with me for the entire year following my surgery, checking in on my progress and offering support whenever I needed it. Clearly, they were not just about taking the money and leaving you to be. Today marks a year, and I’m finally happy with the result and no longer feel insecure about my hairline. I would definitely recommend anyone, especially those with 4C hair to visit this clinic. They understand your unique needs, and they truly care about your journey.

Was in contact with James from Estecapelli for 2 years. He guide me step by step in the process. When I finally had the opportunity to travel for the procedure, it was a smooth process. The hotel and the pick ups from the airport excellent. The day of the surgery I felt like home. Every step of the surgery James explain every detail. The team was excellent and professional. Their customer care team needs to go through basic manner of how to address people and be polite ! I was really interested to go with initially but then one of the guy named hamza spoiled it ! Hard to believe its a good company if u have such people.

I got my hair transplant done with Estecapelli in Istanbul. The clinic was very professional and level of hygine was very high. My point of contact was Rachel, who was excellent with her guidance and quick responses any time of the day. The doctor and technician who performed the surgery did a thorough job, with patience and also being gentle as possible for nearly 8hrs. I am very happy with the hairline and the placement of graphs make it look very natural. Since its only been a month for the HT i cannot comment on the results yet, but i certainly feel positive about it. If i had to get another HT session done, i would go back to Estecapelli. Their price is quite competetive as well. I cannot imagine the experience being much better at other clinics which charge nearly double.

From the moment I landed and was collected on time to the moment I left I was meant to feal like their only client. The clinic is clean and everyone is exited and professional without making one feel like a number. James was and still is there for all explaining and help... practical and emotional! I was very nervous and apprehensive going abroad for a hair transplant but I done about a year of research and I had a good feeling about estecapelli and I'm glad I trusted my gut instinct. My experience was 10/10 and they gave me approximately 6000 grafts within about 8 hours with two technicians working on me simultaneously (Aylin and Ayfer) and their skills and efficiency were incredible. You could feel you was in safe, experienced and knowledgeable hands. I was nervous about the local anesthetic but I soon realised I was massively over thinking it and the translator Rachel was very professional explaining what was happening and using her calming energy to put me at ease. So glad I had it done. Professional service from start to end. Rachel was brilliant answering all my queries straight away via What’s app, the driver Ali in my private car was so polite, Can (“John”) who carefully planted all 4300 of my hairs with his colleague was so reassuring. Staff worked the extra mile and nothing was too much. After care was brilliant too. Hotel was fab. Can’t fault this place. Will come back next year to have my crown downs thank you Este Capelli!

I dealt with James throughout my hair transplant journey and could not be more complimentary. Right from the start, James was professional, friendly, informative. I felt no pressure to ‘get the deal’ from James.

The entire journey procedure was explained in great detail. I knew exactly when my airport pick up would arrive, where to go to meet the driver and where my hotel was. The service from all of the drivers was first class. During the procedure itself, I liked that every step was explained to me before it happened so that I knew exactly what was happening next. Overall, the service from every member of staff I dealt with was first class and I felt very well looked after.

My results really started coming through around the 3.5 month mark and I could not be happier. I have a full crown, strong hairline and everyone that I speak to can’t believe how good it looks. Which is testament to work of the medical team.

My first time in Istanbul, and I used Estecapelli based on a recommendation from a friend. I could not have been more pleasee, they did an AMAZING job on the hair restoration. Rachel was the best! I had my first hair transplant just over two weeks ago and I can honestly say that I can’t recommend Estecapelli enough.
