After loads of research and years of contemplating a hair transplant I got in touch with Este Capelli.

I immediately knew this was going to be the best place to get a transplant and I’m two weeks post op and I’m so glad I went with them.

The whole thing was just easy. They explained everything fully and all I had to do was book the flights to confirm the reservation.

From the airport to the hotel to the climic to the aftercare, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the results I’ve got so far are incredible.

This experience with Este Capelli was great from start to finish. From start I mean the months and months ago that I booked with James, who stays in touch regularly prior to the surgery taking place, and is present throughout the whole journey, made me feel very comfortable. Another great thing was that myself and my brother were able to book on together, and have our hair transplants done on the same day, making it less daunting for one another, although after experiencing the way James and the whole staff make you feel so comfortable we both agreed we would have been happy to come alone. I am only a couple of days post op but very happy with the surgery, I am excited to start my after care routine which is very precisely given to you by the staff following your first wash. I would highly recommend Este Capelli.

I was skeptical at 1st knowing they only took cash payments but was recommended by a friend!!
What made my experience great was how we was treated from start to finish plus the aftercare procedures and constant check ups from James reassuring me that everything is going to be fine!!
I'm not a worrier but I did worry it wasn't going to come back through but I'm over the moon happy with the work these guys have done!!

Today it's been 4 months since I made hair transplant at EsteCapelli clinic. Before surgery I had big bends and very high forehead. Now I am very happy with result. I have nice hairline and high density - I look 10 years younger. I would like to thank James who was with me from begining and all EsteCapelli team. It was great experience.

I had a amazing experience with estecappelli. The team member I dealt with was sky very professional and easy to talk too. Previous to my prodecure I spoke to sky on the phone regularly. Sky explained what was the best procedure for me and reassured me and gave me all the information I needed. Once everything was booked. When I arrived sky to care of me and looked after me pre procedure and post procedure. I'm really happy with the results it's still in the early stages but growing wonderfully I highly recommend estecappelli. Sky also arranged for me to get my teeth done which was amazing. The results you will get from estecappelli you will not be disappointed. Just want to thank sky for the amazing work time and patience. If you need work done this is the place. It all started when I noticed that in the pictures, my forehead was higher than I knew, and those around me were making little jokes about how I was going to go bald, so I started looking for solutions, and on Facebook I found Estecapelli's page, where I completed a few rows, and a few days later Sky, a lovely lady, contacted me and asked me for some pictures to see the state of my hair. From there everything went so easily and simply that I decided to do the hair implant. We set a date together, Sky booked me a hotel (included in the package price), I bought the plane tickets and on November 14, 2022 I landed in Istanbul from where Estecapelli took care of absolutely everything, the car from the airport to the hotel and at the clinic. I spent the first day in the hotel and the next morning the driver from Estecapelli, very politely, took me for the implant procedure.Sky waited for me at the clinic and introduced me to the team, young and cheerful people who gave me even more courage. After they cut my hair, it was a bit strange because I've never been bald, which didn't look as bad as I expected😄 the doctor together with Sky drew the line up to where the hair would be implanted, depending on facial muscles, and after that another doctor gave me anesthesia in the back of my head where the hairs were to be extracted. It was a little painful but not as strong as I expected, after a few minutes I didn't feel anything and the extraction procedure began. After the extraction, the anesthesia was done in the front part for the implant, where small notches were made in depending on the direction of my natural hair, and then the extracted one implanted. The whole procedure took about 7 hours. Thank you Dr. Mehmed and the whole team, everything was worth it! Sky offered me a special Estecapelli shampoo, an inflatable pillow, some pills, some for blood circulation, others for pain (which I didn't need to use). The day after the procedure, Sky came and took me from hotel to the clinic to clean the scalp and after that I went straight to the airport. For a week I slept only on my back and with an inflatable pillow around my neck so that I wouldn't roll over in my sleep and touch the implanted grafts, I took the pills exactly as Sky told me and I washed my scalp without touching it, with foamed shampoo and using a bottle, so as not to use the shower with pressure water. After the crusts started to disappear I could see the little implanted hair which was very exciting. But at about 3 weeks, that hair started to fall out and my head looks pretty ugly. That lasted about 3 months, but after that it started to grow quite quickly, and at 4 months there was already a major change. It's been 5 months now, I've been in touch with Sky all the time, and I'm very grateful for that, I'm VERY happy with the result already, I can't wait for some more time to pass. Whoever wants to do it, don't wait any longer because you won't regret the few months of waiting after the transplant. I feel more confident, my appearance has changed a lot, I didn't even expect it to be so good. Thank you Sky and the entire Estecapelli team, you are wonderful!

Amazing customer service from the first interaction, the team were so great. Unlike most business that try to cram as many clients in at once and don’t care about the comfort or care of the customer, Estecapelli make a real effort to walk the journey with you and make sure you’re as comfortable as possible, they plan your hair shape way before any final decisions are made to make sure you are happy to move forward with the surgery, this is by far the best clinic to go to the atmosphere is relaxed but professional at all times to ease clients into the surgery, results have been amazing for me and my confidence has grown so much over the last 4 months and will continue for the next few, James if you’re reading this thank you and your team for making the journey so pleasant and personal I can’t thank you enough x

James and the specialists team were amazing from start to finish

I was toying with getting my hair done for years and my receding hairline was getting worse and worse

I messaged this company and with immediate response they replied

I didn’t have a clue how to get the ball rolling and what was the best way to go about booking and even if I was a good candidate etc..

James asked me a few questions then said would I mind if we had a telephone call so we could chat about all the key points

After putting the phone down I was left feeling less anxious and nervous and now more excited to final think I’m going to get my hair back lol

So now I started planning my trip, flights were not included in the package but that is understandable

I booked flights with one stop it worked out a lot cheaper

I arrived in Istanbul on the Thursday 23rd of march 2023 and walked to the pick up point which they sent me a video on where to go (really helpful)

All the while James is keeping me updated via watsapp on what the next step would be.

I was picked up by a driver who took me to the hotel and I checked in I was glad to get some sleep as I had been travelling for most of the day

Day of the hair transplant

I arrived at 8:30 and started my consultation straight away

They were very precise on it looking perfect so this took about 20/30 mins but then I was bit nervous and wiped my head and rubbed the line off 🙈🙈 so they had to do it again (don’t rub your head lol)

The procedure took about 7 hours start to finish and I didn’t feel a thing (only part that hurt was the injections for the local anaesthetic

The team were great through the whole procedure they made me feel safe and at ease by telling me there favourite jokes and listening to good music I was realaxed, (I really hope jone Marrys Emma Watson one day 😂😂)

After surgery I’m took back to the hotel to rest up the first night trying to sleep is abit uncomfortable but i just had in my head it’s gonna be worth it

The next day

Went back to have my first wash and they said everything is looking good

I’ve been back a week now and progress is going really well still abit scabby on my hair line but really looking forward to the up and coming months to see the difference

I would recommend this company hands down and would like to thank James and the team for everything they have done 🙌🏼🙌🏼
