I visited H Harrods at Silverburn yesterday.
I was served by Nadia who gave excellent customer service. She explained the different Estée Lauder creams and recommended one which I purchased.
She asked if there was anything else she could assist with and I said I would pop in another day to sample other products in the EL range.
Very pleasant & helpful young lady. A great ambassador for the brand . Thank you Nadia
WARNING. This is a fraud adress. It's looks like a true Estee Lauder site. Maid a purchase 5 weeks ago, still no delivery and I've mailed/tried to chat with so called customer service but there is none.
