Ordered 2 cups as Christmas presents used a handful of times when 1 developed a crack and leaked hot water everywhere- could have been disastrous with small children around. Emailed them and reply was as they were out of the 30 day guarantee period nothing they could do! What about bring fit for purpose??? Avoid avoid avoid

Product looks cheap not like real glass at all More like plastic. I asked to return and told it’s expensive to return and was just send a video about the product. I have asked 3 times to return I’m still back and forth trying to get an address to return. Not been told where I’m returning think it’s China. I’m not convinced I will even get a refund after returning so giving to a charity.

Absolute scammers never received my flower glasses , chased and chased and they claimed they had been delivered , asked me to chase order ignored my request for a refund absolute joke of a company do not use

Ordered 50 Feather, double edged razor blades from you via Onbuy on the 11th Sept. I was told they would arrive between 14-16 Sept. They have not arrived! I tried to make contact with you by email via onbuy i have had no response. This is not good! My goods or a refund please!

I am still waiting for my order and after reading reviews i dont hold out much hope. Obviously not from the UK thats not good as i needed it for a birthday today. What a rubbish thing to do to make you think its from the uk

Didn’t receive my order.
Emailed multiple times for support in either locating my delivery or replacing the item - they had no interest in helping. Customer service is really poor and given other reviews I’ve since seen, this is clearly how they wish to run their business. In my opinion, avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered a mixed flowers one but I got a red one. I don't even like red.

Advise when ordering all from UK!!! still waiting for a couple of mugs over a week later. Clearly not from UK! I was tentative and didn't order too much due to reviews advising of same issues and no refunds.

Brought a bike from them March 3rd 2022 .. complete scam company no bike no refund .. basically a rip off with no intention of ever getting your stuff avoid at all cost

This is an Update of my review dated 18/01/21. After posting the review i received an email from the company short and brief. They basically said a full refund had been issued and apologised for the inconvenience. Sadly as at today 22/1/21 no refund has been received. So much for their claim of a Highly Prestigious Customer Service. They are an absolute shambles and a joke of a company. Looks like i will need to take action to recover my money which they have taken from me. Just to confirm that a full refund has now been received. They sent an email advising it had been arranged but it made no sense as no information was included. When i questioned this a further email was received confirming i would receive payment within 3-5 working days. Thankfully they kept to their word this time and fully refunded me. I have no intention of using this company again.

Placed an order on 8th December for a Christmas present (delivery time stated 3-5 days) It hadn’t arrived by20th and my order was only showing as picked and packed. I contacted them (no phone number on their site, so email) They didn’t respond, but the next day my order showed as dispatched. Again contacted to see how it was sent to see if it would arrive by Christmas. No response again. It’s now 27th December no sign of my item and no response to my emails - very disappointed! Not sure if it’s a complete scam yet, as there are no there bad reviews, but please beware!

The best online website I've ever had chance to use! I shout to others about this. Their delivery times are unreal! To be honest I thought to myself at first this has to be a scam but they 100% genuine and they have just about any product that you'd need!

Orders twice now and delivered both items before expected date
