Would use again

Ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad USB-C Dock for a great price of around £120, whereas on other sites it was retailing for nearer £200, or worse still, it was impossible to find on other sites. Delivery was extremely prompt - I think I received the item after just a few days when I had been expecting a 5-day wait - and item arrived in excellent condition and just as described. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very competitve prices with a superb customer focused approach

I had not heard of Esupply but their prices were the best I could find and their Trustpilot reviews excellent, so I ordered a samsung tablet as an xmas present. The tablet arrived on time but damaged, and the box seal was not intact, my heart sank at the thought of a protracted returns service and difficult refund process. However, the response from Esupply (Owen) was immediate, very apologetic and eager to ensure I had a replacement tablet in time for Christmas day. Bearing in mind that this was the 23rd of December Owen sent a replacement tablet, which arrived before noon on the 24th (I did have to purchase the second tablet but the cost of the damaged tablet was fully refunded, including the original postage costs, and prepaid return postage provided by Owen for the damaged tablet).
Throughout this whole process I was kept fully informed by Owen, including an email on the 26th checking that the new tablet was OK .
Thankyou Owen, in all the years I have been buying online I can't recall when I have received a better returns response and follow up - a truly customer focused and helpful company.

Positive experience with esupply, best price with standard next day shipping

I’d not heard of esupply before finding them to have the lowest price for an item. In a world of e commerce scam sites, they checked out on trustpilot, so made my purchase. Very positive experience with standard next day shipping of £4.95, I received my package the following afternoon. Other than the shipping box being grossly oversized for the item, I highly rate my first transaction and will buy in confidence again.

Thought this company was a scam

Genuinely thought this company was a scam. Saw a samsung G8 Neo 32 inch for £690 when everywhere else was £1000 - £1200 new. So naturally I saw sceptical. Plus I couldn't find a lot about them online in relation to reddit or online forms except trustpilot. Called to ask why they were so cheap and the guy on the phone said they just monitor prices and don't put huge mark ups on items. He didn't pressure me to buy or anything and just provided me with the information I asked for. So I thought about it some more and payed via credit card. Monitor arrived about 5 days later free delivery to the Highlands of Scotland which is surprising also. Monitor was brand new ! No dead pixels, no refurbishment job, not a single issue. Brand new samsung monitor for £690 ! Absolute steal ! Can't actually believe it. I will definitely be looking at this company in the future for tech. Incredible!

PC Monitor

I was concerned about using a small business that I'd not heard of, but it turned out there was nothing to be concerned about. After speaking to Owen who was extremely helpful & friendly, he helped me decide on my purchase. Ordered at 11am & received it next morning at 9-30. It was cheaper than anyone else. Samsung Neo g8

i never heared of these guys before but searching around i found them to be the cheapest around and took the chance with them. Fantastic customer service the monitor did arrived defected these things happen from time to time but they were instantly on it and sent replacement right away which is flawless. i highly reccomend this store

Excellent customer service - very pleased

Customer service friendly, helpful and responsive. I was nervous at first because I'd never heard of the site, but speaking to them and the communications I received were very reassuring. I had a problem with my product, and despite it being very expensive they immediately sorted out a return and refund for me, which all happened in a matter of days. Would definitely use them again.

"I could have just ignored your email" WOW!

I purchased a monitor 4 months ago and it has failed. I contacted esupply about it and all they want to do is deflect the issue back to the manufacturer, all they want to do is wash their hands of the issue. When I challenged them on this, the customer service agent I spoke to said "I could have just ignored your email" which to me implied I was being told I was lucky to get a response. Astonishing. I am now going to have to navigate sorting this with the manufacturer, Samsung.

As with most retailers, if in the unfortunate circumstance a unit is defective several months after the product was purchased, we direct our customers onto the manufacturer for warranty claims as it is the manufacturer who would handle the products repair or replacement. This is stated quite clearly in our terms and conditions.

For Samsung, you are only able to raise warranty claims via your account, which is why we are unable to manage this for you. The process is simple and we are happy to walk you through it should you get in contact again.

I am not personally aware of the comment used for the review title but would like to state that we actively welcome calls and emails as seen from the hundreds of positive reviews below.
