I have ordered a Delivery bag from the website (based on Uber recommendation) Then, I have contacted them by email (as mentioned on their website) to request the cancellation of the order but I have received an email telling me that my order is ready to be sent, so I have answered them by AGAIN saying that I have requested the cancellation of my order, but OF COURSE they did not answer me either.
So, I have contacted them using the chatbox available on their website, and they told me that they will send me a return label by email. But until now, I did not receive any email.

it is the merchant officially advised by uber to buy supplies for riders.
However it seems completely dead: they don't send the stuff, they don't answer any messages, but they will sure take your money.
I think they used to work in the past. But for some reason it's now a ghost website which act as a fraud.
