Terrible, waste of money, and time. Beware!

Terrible! These guys are a complete Joke! When my phone broke I contacted the team, great service, told me in a hurry to go fix it, and they would reimburse. I followed the instructions to a T, sent the receipt exactly as instructed, then followed up via email 6 times to all the teams I could over the past 4 months and have recieved 0 responses. These guys are the worst, avoid this service at all cost!

They removed this review, had to come back and repost. Seriously avoid this company at all cost

We do not have the ability to remove reviews from TrustPilot. Only they can do that. Although we are sorry for the issue in your claim, in reviewing the claim notes, it shows that you did not submit the work order that shows what was done to the device. The receipt you submitted did not have what was repaired and only had a price that was considerably more than the normal cost for the repair that was approved and the listed cost for repair by the manufacturer.

Keep getting Double charged for Policy

Keep getting charged for my policy; charges automatically deducted from my checking account, even though I paid the policy in full on renewal date.
Second, impossible to contact esurranty to correct this problem.

In reviewing your account the only charge that is on your account is the renewal order for $29.00 that you placed on 03/19/2019 and the online account access fee of $9.00 that is stated in bold on your plan terms and conditions. No other charges have been made to your account from us. To contact us all you would have to do is submit a support ticket or send a live chat request. We hope you change your review but still value you as a customer.

They only have email support, no phone contact.

Never paid for my repair 2 months later. Absolutely no contact when it came to paying for my repair...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Horrible company.

Just saw the reply. I did submit everything that was required and after multiple emails your horrible support NEVER responded.. My credit card company immediately refunded my payment for your insurance because this company is marked as fraud! Thanks for wasting my time. Hopefully others see review and don't waste their time or money.

I dislike this company

Don't trust this company ! They have a premium they charge in which I paid in full, but in fine print the customer service personnel told me that they will charge your card within the months of your year contract 8.00 to hold your information. WHAT?? I'm a paid customer and your going to not hold my information but out of the blue skies bam I have a small little 8 dollar payment.. WATCH THEM CLOSELY ! I bet the service to a claim is the same. I call BS , They now have refunded my money because I complained, so if that makes it better to charge someone up front and then 6 months later so be it.

As your device was received locked and locked to your iCloud account it could not be repaired and therefore was returned to you. Should you choose to remove the locks from your device as required by Apple for any repair, we would love to complete your claim.

Looking at the claim I see that there were inconsistencies in your statements of what happened in the loss/theft and this is why our underwriting department put a hold on your claim. Once you verified your statements your device was replaced with a new one that had a higher memory capacity.

The truth of your claim is that your laptop was not broken, you spilled a brown liquid all over it and did not purchase replacement coverage. The manufacturer stated the device could not be repaired because of the liquid. One does not get the benefit of replacement coverage without paying for it.

Essuranty is professional and followed through on my claim.

I purchased essuranty insurance for my daughter's iphone 8+ hoping I wouldn't need it and then the unfortunate happened and her iphone was stolen. I was happy with the professional and responsive service of the staff. From the time I asked questions about the claims process until the iphone was shipped, staff was prompt and clear in response to my emails. I could easily upload the police report, note from my cellular provider and required policy forms. My claim was approved within 3 days. Because the iphone 8+64GB model was not available, I was offered an iphone X right away (with a fee difference) but my daughter preferred to wait on the iphone 8+. An upgraded iphone 8+ 256GB was sent to us at no additional cost beyond the deductible. The entire process took 10 business days. My daughter was very delighted to receive her new iphone. In my experience, essuranty follows through.

Worst Company for Phone insurance

Submitted a broken phone claim about 4 months ago and I was given two options 1. Get a new phone 2. to repair the phone. I choose to get a new phone instead of waiting for the repairing process. Supposed to be 2 days of shipping but i got my phone after waiting 25 days. I had to pay full price as a security deposit to ensure that i send my broken phone back. I sent my old phone back 3 months back and yet exchanging email with the representative to get my deposit back. Essuranty does not have any phone to call and email is the only option. I would say please avoid this company. I wish i could reply to essuranty response, i was contacted once to remove the device from icloud and never heard back. Non-compliance-meaning take full amount of phone price and my old and no response at all? I have all the email communication printer out to send out to BBB.

The terms of "Express Replacement" are that the customer send the damaged device back to us removed from all iCloud and locking accounts. You sent your damaged device to us locked to your iCloud account and after 3 attempts of requesting that you remove the device from your iCloud account your claim was closed for non-compliance.
