ongoing issues with crazy bills (always estimated) for some strange reason, promised booked in call backs from managers that they don't do ,helpline states we are busy and can take an hour to get to you ,no way to keep place in queue like most large companies.

Hi had a leaking main stop Cork inside the house plumber couldn't turn water of street level so called Essex and Suffolk water and I have to say they were brilliant came out and sorted it so able to fix the problem in door's well done lads

Technician arrived within half an hour of calling. Wasn’t a very straight forward problem but took time and as far as I’m concerned went the extra mile to ensure my water was running again. I received an excellent service.

Paid bill in full but they still left a default on my credit report which will stay for 6 years. My credit score was 'Excellent' and now is 'Poor'. Currently trying to get a mortgage and now has been refused. Tried emailing and contacting CS, however, they all say there's nothing they can do and they will not remove.

Had reason to call Essex and Suffolk Water about a bad leak outside the house. The phone was answered promptly and the operator was friendly and the call was dealt with swiftly. Had a visit from them in a short while and the guy was lovely and very reassuring. Leak fixed next day and all was fine!

Really happy with the service, we had a technician out to us within a day of calling and he was very helpful.
He went above and beyond and gave some great advice we needed.

It was very easy to contact essex water using their twitter account. Booking an engineer to replace our main stopcock was done very efficiently

From answering my initial call to the chap who came to our house everything was was dealt with very efficiently . Made to feel at ease with everything as if they said they were going to do something they did it . What a pleasant change Thank you

Finally got round to reporting a leak I walk past once a week in the road- all fixed within four days. Really fast. E & S kept me informed all the way and now in out critically dry county there’s a bit more water to go round.

Workers doing the work were very polite and professional, at the end of each working day work area was cleaned and made safe, after completion of all the work, everything was put back as it was, overall I was very satisfied

Had issue with seized stop cock in the house so needed Essex & Suffolk to locate external stop cock. Easy to reach customer support, booked engineer who arrived next day with courtesy call to pin point ETA. Located stop cock so helped builders keep bathroom refurb on track - really efficient !!!

Always helpful and sort out any issue’s promptly. Just wish the water was a bit softer lolz 😂

Phoned to report a leak and the response was very prompt. A rep turned up within 2 hours and reported back to us with the plan of action. The repair was duly carried out with the minimum of fuss and on time.

Contacted the Leaky Loos team as water was running continouosly after flushing. A plumber came and fixed it, including replacement part COMPLETELY FREE.

Message left from ESW regarding supply interruptions. Telephoned helpline. Prompt answer, straightforward direction to personable, knowledgeable lady who gave an explanation and directions on how to check my water quality whilst she stayed on the line. Reassuring to receive immediate response.

Had a problem with mains water pressure, the person on the phone asked me to turn my internal stopcock on and off to see if there was a partial blockage but it was seized , also the outside stopcock at the end of the driveway was covered with soil so couldn’t be operated, She said she would send someone out the next day to assess the situation, and on time he arrived, cleaned out the soil and got the stopcock to turn but said it would need replacing, the next day two engineers came, again on time, and fitted a new stopcock which means I can now replace the internal stopcock, problem solved. Well done AnglianWater. Thank you.

I would give no stars if possible. This company are the worst . I get text messages inviting me to pay if few days late constant letters through the door for a payment also reminding me , even though I never fell behind. Harrashing disgusting company

I needed the water turned off from the stop cock in the road to enable a plumber to move some pipe work in the kitchen. The stop cock in the rd wasn't working properly, just spinning, so we were unable to turn it off.

Spoke to Mary on the telephone she was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She managed to get an engineer out within the hour, amazing service, I was really impressed. In the end I had two vans and two engineers (didn't get their names) they did a brilliant job, I can't thank you all enough, really impressed.
