Seat does bolt down verygood. Very bad design!

The customer service in this company is absolutely shocking. Putting it lightly it doesn’t exist.
We’ve been trying to purchase a buggy for our son and had 2 reps (different dates) out for a demonstration. The first clearly didn’t want to be here and the second promised to get back to us with a quote…He didn’t.
Neither have got back to us, Phone calls to the company are a complete waste of time. I’ve called them numerous times and been a promised call back each time. No one returns calls.
They very obviously DO NOT CARE.

I spent £1100 on the Etac reclining shower chair/commode for our disabled son. Six months later a wheel fell off! It was extremely lucky that my son did not fall on the floor. Etac say the cause of the wheel falling off is because the shower chair got wet! They are not prepared to replace the chair. I am absolutely disgusted at the service provided by this company. The shower chair is not fit for the purpose if it cannot get wet. Avoid this company, they have caused us huge problems and are not facing up to a massive design problem with this chair.

We have had the pleasure of Damian with us to assist with our rebuilds, we have found him so very helpful & informative throughout his time with us. Looking forward to having him again!

My company recently ordered a convaid cruiser from ETAC and they was so helpful, and was so quick to respond to our emails and calls. We tried using another company before this and they had no interest in responding to us. It's only been a week since we contacted ETAC for a quote and today we received and order confirmation from them and delivery will be in the next 7-10. This turnaround time is amazing and couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received. Thank you so much :)
