I was shipped a tool that left the factory defective. A Sears product. The retailer eTailmart refused to remedy the problem because they have a strict thirty day return policy. I had not read their return policy. The product cannot be exchanged anywhere else either.

Over 24 hour has been gone and I have not yet received the product I bought, with no response from them.

Great experience, lower than average prices and got the game key really fast. Would recommend and I'd buy again here.

I bought a PS5 code on Saturday planning to play that evening. They withdrawed money from my bank account, but went silent for 24 hours.

After contacting their support team, it turned out that my code was out of stock, that was not reflected on the website. They promised it would be back on Monday as it was and they sent it to me eventually, but my plans were messed up and experience was ruined.

It's better to pay a couple of cents more, but go to a recognized distributor.

I bought no mans sky, key for it was delivered instantly and it didnt get burned. I’m going to use this 100% going forward. 10/10

After completing a purchase and getting a confirmation from their payment processor (and transaction also being visible with my bank), this company decided to ask for more than necessary personal information for "fraud control".

When I abided and sent them all the information they required on their own website with the order details (listing that only the last four numbers from the credit card and the owner's name be listed; and ONLY the name on a government-issued ID), support staff completely unprofessionally accused me of fabricating my ID, demanding to see the photo on it. Even when in another mail I posted a screenshot of their own requirements, they continued to be hostile and unhelpful despite already having access to funds from the transaction, resulting in me having to issue a refund (at the moment of posting, still pending).

EDIT: After they confirmed my refund request, they marked the order complete (non-fraudulent) and took the funds, in order to invalidate my refund request they PREVIOUSLY received and acknowledged! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

In addition, I have seen their Discord being marketed as another support avenue, however there are no English speaking channels on their Discord server, only Turkish.

Check other ratings and read them - this company gives out games for fake positive reviews! STAY AWAY!

EDIT: I got my money back through the payment vendor and then bought the same game key again through paypal, much better experience.
Do not recommend buying through Ideal. Didn't get my order and now there's money missing out of my account. Will update when I get a response but horrible first impression.

5/12: Unfortunately fake reviews. When buying a key they offer free AAA-keys for positive reviews written kn trustpilot.. when written you get nothing. You either are like me writing this or lazy and leave it as it is and I believe most people leave it for what it’s. Unresponsive to mails and discord.. very rude and unprofessional. Check out the discord: lots of people not receiving keys. Not changing this review until I get a decent response.

8/12: Changing the stars from 1 to 3. Received a mail few days later saying that the free key was only for november. Showed that I already emailed on 19/11. They eventually sent me 1 key which was used and after a day I received another key for Blair Witch. Which is allright. Thanks for the key but it took 1 month and tons of emails. Not the best customer experience.
