This was a great first aid course to go on, there was lots of hands on practical sessions which I find better to learn from, everything was explained well, and I was asked many times if I wanted to go over anything, it wasn't rushed, the trainers were brilliant at what they were doing, and made me feel relaxed and also put some comedy into the days which helped me a lot.

I was recently sent on a first aid at work course by my company, and I have to say it was incredibly brilliant. The team on hand perfectly portrayed the first aid skills required in my high-risk workplace through use of practical elements and well constructed presentations. At no point over the 3 days did I feel bored or disinterested. The main trainer, Jack, perfectly taught us in an entertaining way. I’d recommend ETA to anyone looking for a reputable training company.

I have undertaken lots of first aid courses in the past but I have never completed one as brilliant as this. I undertook the Emergency Paediatric First Aid course for my role in a nursery. All of the content was relevant to my role and extremely beneficial.

The team at ETA Medical were fantastic! From Kevin who met us at the reception, to Lee, Diane and Jack who trained us to such a high standard. It was obvious that these lovely people had occupational competency so this was not just a “normal” course… it was a course that felt real.

I can’t wait to go back to ETA Medical for more courses as well as when I need to refresh my learning in 3 years time… is it too early to book on already?

I’ve taken first aid courses in the past, but this one with ETA Medical Services was by far the best! The props, materials, and scenarios were incredibly realistic, keeping me engaged throughout the course. I found it extremely beneficial, and it offered great value for money. Where do I start, the staff were amazing brought the first aid course to life/reality. There wasn't a dull moment unlike other courses I have taken. The whole Team from Kev meeting us in the morning to meeting Lee and Jack and also Diane, talking us through every part making sure we fully understood every process was absolutely great,(the practical side was my favourite part) I wasn't sure what to expect, but after leaving the course today, I can honestly say I feel confident in myself to stand up and help someone in need as a first Aider all down to the amazing job of the staff at ETA Medical Ltd. Thank you all again will 100% be back and telling everyone about you guys.

From dreading it to loving it........
I recently attended a First Aid course with ETA and was so impressed.
To be perfectly honest, I wasn’t looking forward to it at first, although I knew it was very important course.
I haven’t sat in a classroom for many years!
But the way the course was delivered quickly put me at ease. It was engaging, hands-on, and confidence-boosting, and was presented in such a captivating way that the time flew by.
The best training I’ve done in years.......
The trainers were fantastic, constantly interacting with us and clearly passionate about what they do, which was both refreshing and inspiring. The demonstrations were very lifelike, making everything feel real and practical.
The written test was multiple choice and straightforward, and thanks to the clear teaching, we all felt well-prepared for the practical assessment. I personally came away with a lot of useful knowledge, and I like to think I will feel confident in my ability to step up and use it if needed in the future.
I cannot recommend this course enough – it was highly professional, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable.

Really engaging first aid at work course filled with all the knowledge you need to know and more! (Feels like the day flys by), the teachers delivering the course we're fantastic along with really good pacing of the day. The hands on practicals and the team tasks kept the day fun as well. Overall 10/10 day

I recently completed the Emergency First Aid at Work training course and found it to be extremely valuable. The course was well-structured, practical, and engaging from start to finish. The trainer explained everything clearly, breaking down potentially complex information into simple steps that were easy to understand and remember.

What stood out most was the balance between theory and hands-on practice. We weren’t just sitting and listening – we had plenty of opportunities to practise CPR, use a defibrillator, and work through real-life scenarios, which really helped to build my confidence.

I now feel much better prepared to handle emergencies at work or in everyday life. The course has given me essential skills that could make a real difference in a critical situation. I would highly recommend this training to anyone – it’s practical, informative, and could save lives!

I attended an Emergency First Aid at Work course recently with some work colleagues, and I have to say the experience far exceeded my expectations.

The team of trainers were amazing in not only their knowledge and experience, but also in keeping everyone engaged and added appropriate humour to add more "fun" to what some may feel could be a boring course.
They had everyone up on their feet when possible to get energy going in the room, they tested us periodically throughout the day, and provided excellent feedback when doing so.
The team clearly have decades of experience between them all and this shown through in their delivery of the topics covered.
I cannot recommend ETA Medical Ltd enough when it comes to First Aid training needs.

The courses run by ETA Medical are really informative but also engaging. The team are really helpful and friendly. Will be recommending to people going forward.

Top class knowledge from each member of staff and excellent delivery of the course. No questions unanswered and every minute was fully engaging and interesting. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I completed my ‘first aid in the workplace’ accredited course.
When my boss told me it was a 7 hour course I cringed! ‘I will be asleep by the 3rd hour!’ I complained…..
How wrong was I! This was the most informative, hands on and FUN, (yes, I did say fun) training course I have ever been on!
Lee was so knowledgeable along with (the ever suffering from Lees quips) Diane, Kevin and Jack are all first responders and paramedics. So they are not just going through slides, but putting every area needed to be learnt into a real life scenario they had dealt with first hand. With plenty of First aid Dummies, ‘blood’ pumping limbs (it’s ok, it was cranberry juice and a professional dummy with injury), and roll play. I feel I really did learn so much!
The small group consisted of 5 students, from a young teenager all the way through to me (53). We all got on and had a real laugh whilst learning the vital info and techniques needed to pass the course, and more importantly, deal confidently with any situation.
It was so good that before leaving, I booked myself, Husband and Son on the paediatric course at the end of July (first grandchild on way!).
Thank you guys once again for a great training season. Many companies could learn a thing or two from your style!
